Charles Findlay

Charles has worked with a wide range of organisations and has built skills in:

Charles was a Partner at Accenture with responsibility for Supply Chain in Northern Europe, and also was an operational and service lead for Accenture Procurement Solutions, a major outsourcing service delivery business.   Charles was the Partner/Senior Executive directly leading and responsible for Procurement Transformation engagements with SmithKline Beecham, Thames Water, C&W,  British Airways, Barclays, and ABN Amro.

He is an Independent Advisor to a large plc Procurement programme, is the Director of a start-up company providing community procurement, and has been a programme tutor / coach on the Oxford Business School Executive Education programme.  He also acts as an advisor for 3 other start-up businesses.

Charles was a reviewer for the OGC Procurement Capability Reviews of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport and the Cabinet Office and is approved under OGC's 'ERF' framework.  Charles holds a BA in Enginnering Science from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School.
