Colin Lyne

Colin was for 30 years a senior public sector executive in central and local government and the NHS. He established and ran successful commercial operations in political environments. An innovator in deal-making and management in government, he is widely experienced in Programme and Project management as Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) and as a Procurement Capability and Gateway reviewer. He has particular skills in chairmanship, public presentation and communication.
He is a Fellow, Swinbank Medallist and Past President of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and past Chairman of the European Council of Purchasing and Supply.
